现阶段,我国市场经济体制格局铺设到社会各领域环境当中,从投资项目资金管理的角度来看,每一项投资都要具有合理化的效益才能满足当前社会产业发展的要求。随着近年来我国各项基础设施建设的日益完善,人们的生活水平也在不断地提升,社会中老百姓对于电力系统的管理模式较为认可,而电力部门的正常运作与现代化的管理系统的构建关系密切。本文就基于投资优化以及辅助决策的电网建设支持系统的有效运作进行探究,并剖析该系统模型建设的机理,以及系统优化后与前期电网环境的差异性,以期为日后电网改造项目的推进提供有益的借鉴。
