在热冲压加工过程中快速冷却高温成形件是一个关键问题。在加工模具中分别布置了2种不同的冷却水管:一种是光滑管,另一种是在光滑管内增加横挡板。通过对2种冷却方案的数值模拟,得到了2种方案工件的冷却效果,以及不同冷却管中冷却液的流动和换热情况。结果显示:内横槽管对工件的冷却效果要明显优于光滑管,其换热能力更强;当保压时间为10 s时,工件的平均温度比使用光滑管进行冷却时低12 K,对热冲压过程冷却水管的设计有重要的参考意义。
Rapid cooling of hot forming parts during hot stamping is a key issue. In the processing mold were arranged in two different cooling water pipes: one is smooth pipe, the other is in the smooth tube to increase the crossbar. Through the numerical simulation of two kinds of cooling schemes, the cooling effects of the two schemes are obtained, and the flow and heat transfer of the cooling fluid in different cooling tubes are obtained. The results show that the cooling effect of the inner transverse groove tube is obviously better than that of the smooth tube and the heat transfer capability is stronger. When the dwell time is 10 s, the average temperature of the workpiece is 12 K lower than that of the smooth tube, Hot stamping process of the design of the cooling water pipe has an important reference value.
