Recently, the Local Taxation Bureau of Guangzhou successfully used the “Guangzhou Electronic Tax Collection System (ETS)” to carry out the withholding of taxes on households and realized tax safe and quick warehousing. This indicates that the local tax collection and management in Guangzhou City has gradually moved toward the goal of “computer-based and paperless (tax stamps) levying.” At present, the work is carried out by Dongsheng Administration of Taxation Bureau of Municipal Local Taxation Bureau and will be gradually extended to various levy units in the city in the future. “Guangzhou Electronic Tax Collection System (ETS) ” will be the financial, tax, the Treasury, the commercial banks, etc.
