一、农村成人教育发展研究的意义解决农业问题,应依靠科学技术,依靠人才,依靠农民科学文化、道德素质的整体提高。但在农村经济发展中还存在不少问题,我国农民总体文化水平还不高,农村专业人才匮乏,农村庞大的剩余劳动力队伍需要转移、转岗,需要相应的技术教育和技术培训。农村经济发展的现状与要求令农村教育反思:如何面向农村经济发展与建设,培养农村“留得住、用得上、用得好”的实用型人才。
First, the significance of the study of rural adult education development To solve the agricultural problem, we should rely on science and technology, rely on talent, relying on the overall scientific and cultural quality of farmers, moral integrity as a whole. However, there are still many problems in the development of rural economy. The overall level of education of peasants in our country is still not high and the number of professionals in rural areas is scarce.
