本文应用法莫替丁与阿莫西林合用治疗消化性溃疡。经临床观察表明，法莫替丁与阿莫西林合用治疗45例消化性溃疡，无论在症状缓解、降低溃疡复发率和溃疡愈合率均明显优于对照组（P＜0．05），且无明显不良反应。
In this paper, famotidine and amoxicillin combined treatment of peptic ulcer. Clinical observation shows that famotidine and amoxicillin combined treatment of 45 cases of peptic ulcer, both in symptom relief, reduce ulcer recurrence rate and ulcer healing rate were significantly better than the control group (P <0.05), and no Obvious adverse reaction.
