目的分析癌症患者社会关系质量与希望水平的相关性。方法于2014年1~6月对收治的癌症患者18例进行问卷调查,采用一般状况调查表、社会关系质量量表与Herth希望量表,并进行统计学分析。结果癌症患者社会关系质量评分和希望水平总分分别为(48.42±5.25)和(35.55±5.37),两者总分及各维度之间呈显著正相关关系(r=0.31~0.58,P<0.05)。结论癌症患者社会关系质量和希望水平具有显著相关性,医务人员应调动其亲属及其同事与好友给予癌症患者更多的关爱,鼓励与支持,共同托起患者的希望,调动其内在的积极性与能动性,以便正确对待与癌症共存的生活,提高癌症患者的生活质量。
Objective To analyze the correlation between the quality of cancer patients’ social relations and their hope level. Methods From January to June 2014, 18 patients with cancer were enrolled in the questionnaire. The general condition questionnaire, social relationship quality scale and Herth Hope Scale were used for statistical analysis. Results The scores of the quality of social relations and the expected levels of cancer patients were (48.42 ± 5.25) and (35.55 ± 5.37) respectively, and there was a significant positive correlation between the total scores and the dimensions of cancer patients (r = 0.31-0.58, P <0.05 ). Conclusion There is a significant correlation between the quality of social relations and the level of hope in cancer patients. The medical staff should mobilize their relatives and their colleagues and friends to give more care, encouragement and support to cancer patients, jointly hold the hope of patients and mobilize their intrinsic enthusiasm Mobility in order to correctly treat the coexistence of life with cancer and improve the quality of life of cancer patients.
