一个生动有效的园本教研活动,不仅可以帮助教师解决教学中的实际问题,改善教学关系,优化教学过程,提升教学品质,而且可以丰富幼儿园自身的课程实践和理论,培养一群融教研于生命的快乐、智慧的教师。我园的园本教研基于这样的理念而展开了一系列的教研活动,本文以“幼儿集体舞教学研讨”为例谈谈我园的四步教研法。
A vivid and effective teaching and research activity can not only help teachers solve the practical problems in teaching, improve the teaching relationship, optimize the teaching process and improve the quality of teaching, but also enrich the kindergarten’s own curriculum practice and theory and cultivate a group of teaching and research life-oriented Happy, intelligent teacher. This garden-based teaching and research project of our garden has launched a series of teaching and research activities based on this concept. In this paper, we talk about the four-step teaching and research method of our garden as an example.
