姚孟电厂935吨/时亚临界压力直流锅炉水冷壁管曾连续发生横向裂纹,直接影响了机组的安全运行.本文介绍了就此问题所展开的试验研究工作,分析了产生裂纹的起因.最后提出了有效的控制裂纹的措施.
The transverse crack occurred continuously in the 935 t / h subcritical pressure once-through boiler water wall tube in Yaomeng Power Plant, which directly affects the safe operation of the unit.This paper introduces the experimental research work on this issue and analyzes the cause of the crack initiation.
