故障现象Ⅰ~#变性恒温水浴温度上不去。分析与检修首先调节Ⅰ~#水浴的温度设定,温度数字显示正常。从图1温控部分方框图上可以看出:温度给定→反相器→显示放大器→温度数字显示电路工作正常,故障大致出在(1)Ⅰ~#水浴供电电路。(2)Ⅰ~#水浴电热丝断。(3)比较器和调节执行电路及检测电路。取下后盖和水浴机芯,用万用表检查Ⅰ~#水浴电热线,未见断路(约130Ω)。把14~#插头拔下,在8~10脚上测量Ⅰ~#水浴温度传感器阻值为8kΩ左右(室温为25℃时),属正常。复原后打开电源开关,在该电热丝两端测不到220V
Symptom I ~ # denaturation thermostat bath temperature can not go. Analysis and overhaul First adjust the temperature setting of the I~# water bath. The temperature digital display is normal. From the temperature control part of the block diagram in Figure 1, we can see: temperature given → inverter → display amplifier → temperature digital display circuit is working properly, the fault is roughly in (1) I~# water bath power supply circuit. (2) I~# water bath heating wire break. (3) Comparator and adjustment execution circuit and detection circuit. Remove the back cover and the water bath movement, check the I~# water bath heating line with a multimeter, and no circuit breaker (about 130Ω) is seen. Unplug the 14~# plug, and measure the resistance value of the I~# water bath temperature sensor on the 8~10 feet is about 8kΩ (at room temperature of 25°C), which is normal. Turn on the power switch after recovery and cannot measure 220V at both ends of the heating wire
