洪泽县现有水面124万亩,水域面积占全县水陆总面积的61％。水,是洪泽县最显著的资源优势。开发水资源,做活水文章,大力培植水产、水禽、水生蔬菜、水上旅游等“四水”产业,不断拓展县域经济发展空间,为该县农业增效、农民增收注入了活力。 2000年,洪泽县水产养殖面积达12万亩,四季鹅饲养量达450万只,水生蔬菜达6万亩,全县接待国内外游客50万人次,实现旅游收入3000多万元。去年,洪泽仅水产就增收3000多万元,全县农业人口人均增收100多元。
