目的了解我市的心肾综合征的发病率及相关危险因素,为心肾综合征治疗提供依据。方法将我院接收的心肾综合征患者列为研究对象,回顾性分析其临床资料,并对其相关危险因素进行分析。结果本次调查合格率为45%,男女患病率分别为63.3%、37%;相关因素主要包括RAAS系统被集火、糖尿病、动脉粥样硬化、高血压以及贫血等。结论景德镇地区为心肾综合征流行区,应引起高度重视。
Objective To understand the incidence of cardio-renal syndrome and related risk factors in our city, and to provide basis for the treatment of cardio-renal syndrome. Methods The patients with cardio-renal syndrome received in our hospital were included in this study. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and the related risk factors were analyzed. Results The passing rate of this survey was 45%, the prevalence rates of male and female were 63.3% and 37% respectively. The related factors mainly included the set fire, diabetes, atherosclerosis, hypertension and anemia in RAAS system. Conclusions Jingdezhen area is the popular area of cardiorenal syndrome, which should be paid great attention.
