简要介绍了同步辐射软Ｘ射线特点及其用于软Ｘ射线生物效应研究的优越之处，分别以ＤＮＡ和细胞为研究对象，总结与分析了同步辐射软Ｘ射线生物效应的研究现状及存在的问题，并指出，利用同步辐射软Ｘ射线从分子水平揭示软Ｘ射线生物效应及其机制将是今后此方面研究工作的重要方向
The characteristics of synchrotron radiation soft X-ray and the advantages of synchrotron radiation soft X-ray are briefly introduced.
