浙江广通房地产集团有限公司(前身为杭州拱墅区房屋建设开发公司)是建设部审定的一级城市房地产综合开发企业,浙江省文明单位,资信等级为AAA级。该公司主要从事旧城改造和新区建设中的房屋开发建设工作。15年来,在杭州市开发竣工房屋100万余平方米。先后参与了半道红、卖鱼桥、沈塘桥、仓基及杭州最大的居住小区——大关居住区等十多个住宅小区的建设,建有层高66米的城北最高居住楼——“湖墅第一楼”、景福百货大楼、杭州市建设银行大楼、杭州市农业银行大楼等大型建筑。公司目前正在规划面积35公顷的卖鱼桥小区,总投资将达到8亿元,同时还参加目前杭州最大的旧城改造项目——拱宸桥地区旧城改造的建设。
