近十多年来房地产行业发展迅速,成为我国国民经济的支柱产业,也成为人民获取民生产品和财富增值的重要手段,但随着房地产行业的发展,房地产的发展也给社会及行业带来了不可预测的影响,因此,国家对于房地产的宏观调控也相当重要。自房地产发展以来,国家的调控便影响着房地产的发展,进而影响各行各业的发展,本文通过对近年来房地产的宏观调控进行分析来总结和探索房地产行业的宏观政策对于行业、企业以及高校的影响。广州市作为房地产行业发展比较先进的城市,本文就以广州市为例来探讨宏观政策对房地产行业、企业和高校的影响。
