目的研究肥西县娱乐场所女性性服务者艾滋病高危行为干预效果,探索有效的干预模式。方法 2005～2009年,连续5年采用面对面教育和同伴教育为主的综合干预策略,并评价效果。结果 2005～2009年,调查对象艾滋病防治知识知晓率由67.4%提高到82.2%,安全套最近一次使用率由78.4%提高到93.3%。结论运用综合干预模式干预取得了较好的效果,应进一步开展干预活动。
Objective To study the intervention effect of high risk behaviors of HIV / AIDS among female sex workers in entertainment places in Feixi County and explore effective intervention models. Methods From 2005 to 2009, we adopted a comprehensive intervention strategy based on face-to-face education and peer education for five consecutive years and evaluated the effect. Results From 2005 to 2009, the awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control among respondents increased from 67.4% to 82.2%. The most recent condom use rate increased from 78.4% to 93.3%. Conclusion Intervention using comprehensive intervention model has achieved good results, interventions should be further carried out.
