环首都经济圈贫困带具有良好的地理位置,经济发展却十分落后,此地区共分布22个国定和省定贫困县。受历史因素,自然因素和体制经济等因素的影响,导致此地区发展相对落后。本文根据环首都经济圈贫困带的致贫因素分析该地区可持续发展的改善途径,以探寻环首都经济圈贫困带的可持续发展道路。 The capital belt of the Central Economic Zone has a good geographical location and its economic development is very backward. There are 22 national counties and poor counties in the region. Affected by historical factors, natural factors and institutional economy, the development in this area lags behind.
