目的探析妇产科护理质量控制与安全管理路径。方法选取我院妇产科护理人员20名,随机分为对照组与观察组,各组10例,对照组依据传统安全管理模式及护理质量控制实施管理,观察组则通过总结各种有效管理方法,制定全新管理路径。通过对诸如强化产房管理、强化护理记录管理及加强妇产科护理设备等措施,积极且全面性地落实妇产科护理质量控制与安全管理工作。结果观察组护理满意度相比于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论通过对临床实践开展细化分析,找出妇产科在护理质量控制与安全管理中易引起安全隐患的各要素,采取对应解决措施,可促使妇产科护理质量控制与安全管理的有效实现。
Objective To explore the quality control and safety management of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods Twenty obstetric and gynecological nursing staff in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 10 cases in each group. The control group was managed according to the traditional safety management mode and quality control. The observation group summarized various effective management methods , Develop a new management path. Through such measures as strengthening maternity ward management, strengthening nursing record management and strengthening maternity nursing equipment, etc., the work of quality control and safety management of obstetrics and gynecology is implemented actively and comprehensively. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly different from that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Through the detailed analysis of clinical practice to identify the obstetrics and gynecology in the quality of care and safety management of security risks easily lead to the various elements to take corresponding measures to promote obstetrics and gynecology nursing quality control and effective management of the effective implementation .
