高速电路中,串扰是系统速率继续提高的瓶颈之一,现有方法只考虑了每边各一条传输线对受扰线的串扰,这样最多能抑制75%的串扰.为了解决每边第2条传输线对受扰线的串扰,提出了一种新的电路结构,该电路结构根据串扰的相位抵消原则,利用反相器的位置和数量变化抑制每边各两条传输线对受扰线的串扰.仿真结果显示,在0.1~4 GHz范围内,该方法能使受扰线每边第2条传输线对受扰线的远端串扰降低约10 d B.
In high-speed circuits, crosstalk is one of the bottlenecks that continue to increase the system speed. The existing method only considers crosstalk of one transmission line on each side to the victim line so as to suppress up to 75% of crosstalk. In order to solve the problem that the second transmission line A new circuit structure is proposed for the crosstalk of the disturbed line. According to the principle of phase cancellation of crosstalk, the crosstalk between the two transmission lines on each side and the disturbed line is suppressed by the change of the position and the number of inverters. The results show that in the range of 0.1 ~ 4 GHz, this method can reduce the far-end crosstalk of the victim line by about 2 dB for the second transmission line on each side of the victim line.
