本文研究了以汞膜电极差分脉冲阳极溶出伏安法测定血清中锌、镉、铅的条件及试样的前处理方法。在醋酸—醋酸铵介质(pH4.4)中,锌、镐、铅浓度在0—80ppb范围内均与其溶出峰电流成良好的线性关系。检测限均为0.2ppb,回收率在85—110%之间。方法的标准偏差和变动系数分别为0.074、0.009、0.039和6.9%、2.4%、9.5%。该法已用于人及大白鼠血清样品中锌、镐、铅的测定,结果满意。
In this paper, the conditions for the determination of zinc, cadmium and lead in serum by differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry with mercury film electrode and the pretreatment method of the sample were studied. In acetic acid - ammonium acetate medium (pH4.4), zinc, pick, lead concentration in the range of 0-80ppb with its dissolution peak current into a good linear relationship. Detection limits are 0.2ppb, recovery rate between 85-110%. The standard deviation and coefficient of variation were 0.074, 0.009, 0.039 and 6.9%, 2.4% and 9.5%, respectively. The method has been used in human and rat serum samples zinc, pickaxe, lead determination, the results are satisfactory.
