将实验大鼠肝脏接通闭合灌注装置,连续灌注120 min,灌注液经门静脉从下腔静脉流出。70 ml灌注液,含199培养液45%,聚葡糖40%,洗过红细胞块5%和自体血10%。入肝前的灌注液中,直接加2.7mg(第1批实验)和13.5mg(第2批实验)的《菏花牌》合成洗衣粉(CMC)水溶液。剂量分别为0.1和0.5 LD_(50),对照大鼠的灌注液不加CMC液。灌注开始经15,30,60,90和120 min,分别取灌注液测总脂、胆固醇及其脂类、磷脂、甘油三酯等。肝功能评价指标为尿素、pH值、蛋白含量和红细胞计数等。对照大鼠灌注120min,灌注
