作者为了测定~(99m)Tc-硫胶体和~(99m)Tc-微白蛋白胶体在正常人体内的分布和重复性对20例正常人每人用两种显象剂作过曝光延迟模拟显象和延迟数字显象。结果如下: 模拟显象:在过曝光前位胸部显象时,用~(99m)Tc-硫胶体发现20例中有19例(95%)有肺灌注摄取,甲状腺无放射性。用微白蛋白胶体却无一人有肺摄取,甲状腺每例均有放射性。在一般曝光前位显象时,用~(99m)Tc-硫胶体也发现肺有30%(6/20)轻度摄取,而微白蛋白胶体无一例
