汽油抗爆性的评价指标是辛烷值和抗爆指数。辛烷值是表示点燃式发动机燃料抗爆性的—个约定数。在规定条件下的标准发动机试验中,通过和标准燃料进行比较来测定,采用和被测定燃料只有相同抗爆性的标准燃料的辛烷值表示。在我厂提升汽油辛烷值的方法主要是掺调抗爆性优良的高辛烷值组份和汽油抗爆添加剂,而我厂汽油抗爆添加剂主要是MMT,MMT为油品调合提供了一种经济的辛烷值改进剂,它能增加汽油的辛烷值和抗爆指数而费用只是相关加工使用过程或调合介质的一小部分。今年我厂也引入了新的汽油辛烷值促进剂T1109。
Gasoline antiknock evaluation index is the octane number and antiknock index. The octane number is an agreed number that represents the antiknock of a lighted engine. In a standard engine test under the specified conditions, it is determined by comparison with standard fuel and expressed as the octane number of the standard fuel of the same antiknock as the fuel under test. In our factory, the main method to enhance the octane number of gasoline is to mix high octane components with excellent antiknock properties and gasoline antiknock additives. The main antiknock additives of our plant are MMT and MMT. An economical octane improver that increases the octane number and antiknock index of gasoline at a fraction of the cost of processing or blending media. This year I also introduced a new plant gasoline octane accelerator T1109.
