In this paper, the changes of serum zinc, copper, cadmium, lead, rubidium, strontium and copper / zinc ratio were examined in 88 patients with cerebral infarction and 30 normal subjects. Results showed that blood copper, cadmium, lead and copper / zinc in patients with cerebral infarction The ratio of serum copper and copper / zinc was positively correlated with the severity of brain injury during cerebral infarction. Serum rubidium and the number of cerebral infarction and serum lead and infarction in patients with a significant positive correlation between the diastolic blood pressure. This shows that the detection of certain trace elements in patients with cerebral infarction and post-observation has some clinical significance.
