mi RNA是一类长约22个核苷酸的非编码小RNA,广泛参与生物发育、细胞分化、细胞凋亡等多种生命进程。mi RNA海绵能够作为mi RNA有效抑制剂,是mi RNA缺失功能研究的重要工具。目前的研究发现,能起mi RNA海绵作用的有长链非编码RNA、环状RNA等。本文就mi RNA海绵在癌症中的研究现状及人工海绵的构建策略作一综述。
MiRNAs are a class of non-coding small RNAs of about 22 nucleotides in length and are widely involved in various life processes such as biological development, cell differentiation and apoptosis. mi RNA sponge can be used as a potent inhibitor of mi RNA, which is an important tool for the study of mi RNA deletion function. The current study found that there miRNA sponge role of long-chain non-coding RNA, circular RNA and so on. This review summarizes the research status of miRNA sponge in cancer and the construction strategy of artificial sponge.
