通过热分解硬脂酸铜,硬脂酸铟和正十二硫醇,得出了单分散的CuInS_2纳米颗粒。探讨了不同浓度的油胺对CulnS_2纳米颗粒的影响。X-射线粉末衍射表征结果表明所得到的CuInS_2为纤锌矿结构。透射电子显微镜结果显示所制备的纳米颗粒单分散性好,直径约为5 nm。通过Z-Scan技术检测了CuInS_2纳米颗粒的三阶非线性光学性质,根据结果计算出了非线性折射率γ,非线性吸收系数β和极化率x~(3)。
Monodispersed CuInS 2 nanoparticles were obtained by thermal decomposition of copper stearate, indium stearate and n-dodecyl mercaptan. The effects of different concentrations of oleylamine on CulnS 2 nanoparticles were investigated. X-ray powder diffraction characterization results show that the resulting CuInS_2 is wurtzite structure. Transmission electron microscopy results showed that the prepared nanoparticles had good monodispersity and a diameter of about 5 nm. The third-order nonlinear optical properties of CuInS_2nanoparticles were detected by Z-Scan technology. Based on the results, the nonlinear refractive index γ, nonlinear absorption coefficient β and polarizability x ~ (3) were calculated.
