目的:对多波长氪激光全视网膜光凝治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变(diabeicretinopathy,DR)的疗效进行观察并总结研究。方法:选择经FFA检查确诊为增殖前期及增殖期的DR患者180例350眼,对不同部位的病变选择不同波长的激光行全视网膜光凝。结果:350眼DR行全视网膜光凝治疗后,有效323眼,总有效率92.3%,其中增殖前期190眼,有效187眼,有效率98.4%;增殖期160眼,有效136眼,有效率85.0%(P<0.01)。结论:DR患者早期行全视网膜光凝治疗可有效防止病变的发展,增加视力。
Objective: To observe and summarize the therapeutic effect of multi-wavelength krypton laser panretinal photocoagulation on diabetic retinopathy (DR). Methods: One hundred and eighty-five eyes of 180 patients with DR diagnosed as pre-proliferative and proliferative by FFA were enrolled in this study. Whole-body retinal photocoagulation was selected with different wavelengths of laser in different parts of the lesion. Results: In the 350 eyes of DR group, the total effective rate was 92.3% after the total retinal photocoagulation treatment was performed. The total effective rate was 92.3%, of which 190 eyes were pre-proliferative and 187 eyes were effective. The effective rate was 98.4%. The proliferative period was 160 and the effective rate was 85.0 % (P <0.01). Conclusion: The treatment of panretinal photocoagulation in early DR patients can effectively prevent the development of lesions and increase the visual acuity.
