教育民主既包括教育权力的平等和教育机会的公正,教学过程中师生关系的平等与友善,教育参与和管理的民主,也包括教育内容中民主意识的渗透和民主能力的培养。思想政治课教学民主要创设民主的课堂教学气氛,创建民主平等的师生关系,创设以学生为主体的教学情境,采取分层教学、异步发展的教学方式。
Educational democracy includes both the equality of educational rights and the fairness of educational opportunities, the equality and friendship between teachers and students in teaching, the participation in education and the management of democracy, as well as the infiltration of democratic consciousness in educational contents and the cultivation of democratic ability. Ideological and political education should establish a democratic classroom teaching atmosphere, create a democratic and equal relationship between teachers and students, create a student-centered teaching situation, and adopt a hierarchical teaching and asynchronous development of teaching methods.
