患者潘某,男性,25岁,未婚,工人,住院号:136347。于1973年10月中旬因患间日疟5～6天,连服硫酸奎宁4天,一日三次,每日量1克。第5天即感头晕、头痛、恶心、四肢无力、耳鸣、听力减退、视物有些模糊。至第6天症状加剧,视物模糊更甚,由家属护送我院诊治,于1973年11月2日入院。体检:患者以往身体健康。无疟疾史。全身情况一般。神志清晰。面容稍呈黄色。血压、体温、脉搏呼吸、心肺听诊无异常。肝脏刚触及。眼部检查:视力双
