心理契约是影响员工忠诚度的关键因素。本文从雇佣心理契约转变的视角探寻了员工忠诚度下降的背景,认为心理契约不平衡是造成当今企业员工忠诚度缺失的主要原因。要培育和提高员工的忠诚度,企业必须构建基于可雇佣性的心理契约与企业理念,采取措施提升员工的可雇佣性。
Psychological contract is a key factor affecting employee loyalty. This article explores the background of the decline of employee loyalty from the perspective of the change of employment psychological contract, and believes that the imbalance of psychological contract is the main reason for the lack of employee loyalty in today’s enterprises. To nurture and improve employee loyalty, companies must build psychological contract and corporate philosophy based on employability and take measures to increase employee employability.
