我院1年来采用药物流产法终止妊娠142例,现就流产效果与孕周的关系分析如下。 1.资料及方法:142例孕妇(停经32～65天)每日2次空腹服米非司酮25mg,共6次,服完最后1次服米索前列醇600μg,观察6～8小时,肉眼见到绒毛、阴道流血减少为成功,不全者需行清宫术。
In our hospital 1 year to abortion by abortion 142 cases of pregnancy, the effect of abortion and gestational age are now analyzed as follows.
