众所周知,在职业教育中,生源的学生普遍学习素质偏低。数学成绩远远落后的学生所占的比例相当之大。所以对于后进生的教育,对于后进生的转化,是提高职业教育整体数学教育水平的一个重大突破点,更是学校和老师对于学生负责的义不容辞的任务和挑战。如何帮助后进生,如何使后进生转化为优等生,在我们大力倡导素质教育、新型教育的今天,这不仅仅是我们工作中的重点,也是我们要恒久面对的、要解决的课题和难题。
