清华大学建筑设计研究院成立于1958年,为国家甲级建筑设计院。2010年11月,我院获教育部批准进行改制,于2011年1月5日改制为清华大学建筑设计研究院有限公司,注册资本人民币5000万元。2011年11月,我院被批准成为北京市“高新技术企业”。我院依托于清华大学深厚广博的学术、科研和教学资源,作为建筑学院、土水学院等院系教学、科研和实践相结合的基地,十分重视学术研究与科技成果的转化,规划设计水平在国内名列前茅。2011年,我院被中国勘察设计协会审定为“全国建筑设计行业诚信单位”。2012年10月,我院被中国建筑学会评为“当代中国建筑设计百家名院”。
Tsinghua University Institute of Architectural Design was established in 1958, for the National Class A Architectural Design Institute. In November 2010, our college was approved by the Ministry of Education for restructuring. On January 5, 2011, it was restructured into Tsinghua University Institute of Architectural Design & Research Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of RMB50 million. In November 2011, our hospital was approved as Beijing “High-tech Enterprise”. Our college relies on Tsinghua University’s extensive and extensive academic, research and teaching resources as a base for the combination of teaching, research and practice of the Faculty of Architecture, Tu Shui Academy and other departments, attaches great importance to the transformation of academic research and scientific and technological achievements, the level of planning and design Among the best in the country. In 2011, our institute was certified by China Survey and Design Association as “the national architectural design industry integrity unit”. In October 2012, our institute was awarded as one of “100 Architectural Design Institutes of Contemporary China” by China Architecture Society.
