随着经济的迅猛发展,当今大学生面临着就业的诸多压力和挑战。当代高校培养人才的方向也越来越向创业文化方向发展。创业文化的建设是我国经济社会发展对新时代人才的最新要求,也是当代大学生比较切合实际发展的自我选择。面对创业文化构建中的诸多困难,本文主要从大学创业文化面临的问题出发,对如何建设大学生创业文化作了分析和探究。
With the rapid economic development, college students are facing many pressures and challenges of employment. The direction of contemporary colleges and universities to train personnel is also more and more to the entrepreneurial culture. The establishment of entrepreneurial culture is the latest requirement of our country’s economic and social development for the new era of talent, but also the self-selection of contemporary college students more realistic development. Faced with many difficulties in the construction of entrepreneurial culture, this paper mainly from the problems facing the entrepreneurial culture of universities, how to build entrepreneurial culture of college students were analyzed and explored.
