1种子贮藏蛋白电泳技术贮藏蛋白是种子的主要成分,也是基因表达的产物,几乎所有作物种子贮藏蛋白都具有特异性,且容易分离和提取。此技术就是根据种子贮藏蛋白的这些特点利用电泳中谱带的多态性来鉴定品种的真实性和纯度。通常种子中所含蛋白质可分为4类,即清蛋白、球蛋白、醇溶蛋白和谷蛋白。每一类蛋白质的比例因作物种类不同而有差异,如水稻含有高水平的谷蛋白,玉米中醇溶蛋白较多,豆科作物则以球蛋白为主。而要利用不同类型的蛋白质进行品种纯度鉴定,则要确定不同的提取剂、凝胶浓度、电泳体系、缓冲系统等因素,以保证获得最丰富的蛋白质种类。
