大多数造血系统恶性肿瘤的发生都可以用比较基因组杂交的方法加以研究,现有研究表明,除了碱基重排以外的基因组改变也是这些恶性肿瘤发生的原因。这些基因组改变不但在肿瘤的发展和分类中起重要作用,还与其对化疗的反应性和患者的生存率都有很大关系。本文就其在白血病和淋巴瘤中的应用作一综述。
Most hematopoietic malignancies can be studied by comparative genomic hybridization. Current research shows that genomic alterations other than base rearrangement are responsible for these malignancies. These genome changes not only play an important role in the development and classification of tumors, but also have a great relationship with their reactivity to chemotherapy and the survival rate of patients. This article reviews its use in leukemias and lymphomas.
