前言草甘磷(N—磷酸亚甲基—甘氨酸)是一种新型的除草剂。它以亚氨基二乙酸为原料合成中间体双甘磷(N—磷酸亚甲基亚氨基二乙酸),再经浓硫酸氧化制成草甘磷。工业品中主要杂质为双甘磷、增甘磷(N、N—二磷酸甲基—甘氨酸)和硫酸盐。它们部是亚氨多羧型络合剂,能与多种金属离子形成螯合物,利用其络合能力的差异,而对草甘磷进行测定。本法是采用硝酸铅在矸性介质中,用偶氮胂Ⅲ络合指示剂和溴百里酚兰酸碱指示剂测定草甘磷在工业品中的含量。本法操作简便,快速,分析时间约15分钟,平行试验误差为±1%。
