为了提高水泥稳定碎石路用性能,分析了水泥稳定碎石组成结构对性能影响规律,提出级配设计原则和强嵌挤骨架密实级配,并通过室内试验验证了其路用性能。结果表明:强嵌挤骨架密实级配中9.5mm以上集料、4.75mm以下集料和0.075mm以下集料用量多,4.75~9.5mm集料用量少;强嵌挤骨架密实级配矿料的CBR值比规范骨架密实级配矿料提高了8%~14%;与规范骨架密实级配水泥稳定碎石相比,强嵌挤骨架密实级配水泥稳定碎石28天抗压强度、极限强度和劈裂强度分别提高了6%~12%、8%~20%、8%~15%。
In order to improve the road performance of cement stabilized macadam, the influence of the composition of cement stabilized macadam on the performance was analyzed. The principle of gradation design and the dense gradation of strong embedding skeleton were proposed. The road performance was verified by laboratory tests. The results showed that: Aggregate with a density of 9.5mm or more, strong aggregate below 4.75mm and aggregate less than 0.075mm, with less aggregates from 4.75 to 9.5mm; CBR value is 8% -14% higher than that of the standard solid skeleton graded mineral. Comparing with the normal solid skeleton graded macadam, the compressive strength of 28 days for the dense graded aggregate stabilized macadam, The strength and splitting strength are increased by 6% ~ 12%, 8% ~ 20%, 8% ~ 15% respectively.
