炼化企业生产装置长期平稳运行将为企业带来巨大经济效益,是企业生产追求的目标。装置平稳率是评估装置运行状况的量化指标,是企业工艺管理的重要内容。本文针对炼化企业装置平稳率考核的业务,综合考虑装置、人员和管理制度等因素,设计了基于MES的平稳率考核系统,改进了传统平稳率计算方法,将工艺指标的偏差时间作为平稳率计算公式因子,通过实际应用案例,分析优缺点。最终得出结论,通过应用基于MES的平稳率考核系统,使工艺技术与信息技术有机结合,提升了对装置操作运行的考核评估水平,细化了工艺管理,从而促进了装置平稳运行,降低生产能耗,提高生产效益。
