作者用不同的混合酸对港湾沉积物中锡进行湿式消化处理,然后采用原子吸收光谱法测定锡。试剂及仪器锡标准溶液:称取一定量的氯化亚锡用3M盐酸配制1000μg锡/ml作为原液,临用时用1M盐酸溶液按需要浓度进行稀释。硝酸(61%),过氯酸(60%),盐酸(36%),硫酸(97%以上)均为优级纯试剂。蒸馏水:采用离子交换法处理水后进行重蒸馏的精制水。原子吸收分光光度计:岛津AA630-01型。
