介绍几种水果产地的贮藏技术

近年我国果树生产有了较大发展,全国每人平均水果年占有量已达10公斤左右。专业化、商品化生产日趋明显,这么多果品如何叉开季节、均衡供应、提高产值,是广大生产者、经营者和消费者共同关心的问题。由中国农科院果树所、柑桔所主持和山东、山西、河北省果树所协作下,经过三年科技攻关,已形成一套适合我国产区水果贮藏的系列技术。一年一度的水果采收贮藏旺季即将来临,现将这套技术简要介绍如下,以利做好采收贮藏前的准备。 In recent years, there has been a great development in the production of fruit trees in our country. The average annual fruit possession per person in the country has reached about 10 kg. The professionalization and commercialization of production have become increasingly evident. It is a common concern for producers, managers and consumers that how many fruits are off season, balanced supply and output value increase. Under the cooperation of the Fruit Tree Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Citrus and the fruit trees of Shandong, Shanxi and Hebei Provinces, after three years of scientific and technological research, a series of technologies suitable for fruit storage in the producing areas of China have been formed. The annual fruit harvesting and storage season is approaching, the technology is briefly introduced as follows, in order to facilitate the preparation of the harvesting and storage.
