湖南省中医药研究院院长、党委书记蔡光先研究员从事中医药科研、教学、医疗工作 2 0余年 ,虽资历不深 ,但学验俱丰 ,成绩斐然。 1994年中共湖南省委、省人民政府授予他“湖南省优秀中青年专家”称号 ;1995年获“中国百名杰出青年中医银奖”;1998年被评为“中国中西医结合优秀科技工作者”;1999年经国家人事部批准为“国家有突出贡献的中青年科学技术管理专家”。他现在虽处于科研单位领导工作岗位上 ,但从未放弃业务 ,而且为实现自己的目标仍在执着地探索、追求。为此 ,本刊记者就有关问题对他进行了采访。下面是他们采访时的对话。
Researcher Cai Guangxian, dean and party secretary of Hunan Provincial Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, has been engaged in the research, teaching and medical work of Chinese medicine for more than 20 years. Although his seniority is not deep, his experience has been impressive. In 1994, the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and Provincial People’s Government awarded him the title of “Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Specialist in Hunan Province”; in 1995 he was awarded “One Hundred Outstanding Young Chinese Medicine Silver Medal in China”; in 1998 he was awarded as “Outstanding Sci-Tech Worker of Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine” In 1999, it was approved by the Ministry of Personnel as an expert in science and technology management for young and middle-aged countries with outstanding contributions. Although he is currently in the leading position of research institutes, he has never given up his business and is still pursuing and persistently pursuing his own goal. To this end, the reporter interviewed him on the issue. Here’s the conversation during their interview.
