本文从文件与档案在产生的内因、价值、作用以及价值形态、运行形态等的不同特点入手,阐述文件与档案的不同概念范畴,提出文件生命周期与档案生命周期的运动模式。试图从另一角度揭示出文件与档案的不同生命周期模式。
This paper begins with the different characteristics of internal factors, values, functions, value forms and operation patterns of documents and archives, elaborates different conceptual categories of documents and archives, and proposes the movement patterns of document life cycle and archival life cycle. Trying to reveal the different life cycle patterns of files and files from another angle.
