有机溴化物已成为继有机氯化物之后又一值得关注的全球性新兴持久性有机污染物。稳定Br同位素测试技术的快速发展,为有机溴化物生物地球化学循环研究提供了更为有效的技术支撑。在综述稳定Br同位素研究进展的基础上认为:①基于GC-MC-ICPMS技术基础上的有机单体Br同位素(CSIA-OBr)是Br同位素研究的主要趋势,难点是Br同位素数据的校正;②相对于C、H同位素,CSIA-OBr在指示有机溴化物的来源、传输途径、生物降解过程等方面提供更直接的信息,难点是微生物作用下稳定Br同位素的分馏机理研究;③C、H、Br多同位素的同时测定技术及指示意义研究显示出广阔的发展和应用前景。
Organic bromides have emerged as another notable global emerging persistent organic pollutant after organic chlorides. The rapid development of stable Br isotope test technology provides a more effective technical support for the research on biogeochemical cycling of organic bromides. On the basis of reviewing the research progress of stable Br isotopes, we conclude that: (1) Brillouin isotope (CSIA-OBr) based on GC-MC-ICPMS is the main trend of Br isotope studies; Compared with the C and H isotopes, CSIA-OBr provides more direct information on the sources, transport routes and biodegradation processes of organic bromides. The difficulty is the mechanism of fractionation of stable Br isotopes by microorganisms. ③C, H, Br Simultaneous determination of multiple isotopes and indicating the significance of research shows a broad development and application prospects.
