通过对农业生物材料有效组分萃取分离过程扩散模式的数学模型分析,得出体系的萃取速率与相界面积和搅拌强度有关的理论判据。据此,设计成孔板式萃取器。利用孔板式萃取器进行农业生物材料有效组分萃取过程扩散模式的判别研究。试验结果可为工业规模的萃取工艺制定、萃取剂选择、萃取设备设计提供依据。
By analyzing the mathematical model of diffusion model of extraction and separation process of effective components of agricultural biomaterials, the theoretical criteria of extraction rate, phase boundary area and stirring intensity were obtained. Accordingly, designed as a hole plate extractor. Differentiation and Study on Diffusion Model of Extraction Process of Effective Components of Agricultural Biomaterials Using Orifice Extractor. The test results can provide the basis for the development of industrial scale extraction process, extractant selection and extraction equipment design.
