我厂铣翻斗车半轴花键的原工艺如下:用两把尖齿槽铣刀铣出花键槽两侧面;再用另一把尖齿槽铣刀铣花键槽底部;然后在外圆磨床上磨花键外圆;最后由钳工倒花键齿棱边0.4×45°。该工艺由钳工倒花键齿棱边,既费工时(单件20分钟),又增加工人劳动强度;另由于锉刀易碰伤已磨花键外圆,所以外圆7光洁度难以保证。为此,我们设计了专用花键倒角刀(见图1左、右),在铣削花键槽底部时,与尖齿槽铣刀组合在一起
