调查南方11个省市29个县土壤S.sclerotiorum菌核寄生真菌,分离到Trichoderma virid、T.harzianum、T.hamatum、T.polysporum、Gliocladium catenulatum、Coaiothyrium minitans、Fusarium spp.和Penicillium sp.等种类,以Trichoderma virid为优势种,占分离菌的40%。筛选出的T.virid 7个菌株,每克土壤接种100个孢子,能使90%以上菌核腐烂;在10—30℃温度范围内,温度愈高菌核腐烂愈快。
The parasitic fungi S. sclerotiorum in 29 counties in 11 provinces and cities in the south of China were investigated. Trichoderma virid, T. harzianum, T. hamatum, T. polysporum, Gliocladium catenulatum, Coaiothyrium minitans, Fusarium spp. And Penicillium sp. , Taking Trichoderma virid as the dominant species, accounting for 40% of the isolates. Seven strains of T.virid were screened, inoculation of 100 spores per gram of soil can cause more than 90% sclerotia; in the temperature range of 10-30 ℃, the higher the temperature, the faster the sclerotinosis.
