世易时移。以泰罗为代表的管理学者们精心构筑的科学管理大厦。经过岁月风尘的无情洗礼,到本世纪二十年代,由于其内在的弱点和外部尖锐挑战,其根基日渐动摇了。科学管理理论曾起过巨大历史进步作用,但它所倡导的那种把工人仅仅看作是追求金钱的“经济人”、“活的工具”、机器的附属品,否认和掩盖工人在改造客观世界中可以发挥主观能动性、创造性,规定工人必须刻板地服从规章制度和操作方法,完全漠视人的因素等灰色情调,使得劳动组织越来越僵化,劳动者无所作为。这就走向了它的反面。
