在我国的企业分配格局当中,事业单位在经济的发展当中也贡献着重要的力量,事业单位想要取得良好的经济成果,便离不开合理的人力资源管理,因此在事业单位的日常管理工作当中,需要及时发现事业单位当中人力资源管理存在的不足,以便采取有效地管理措施,从而提高企业的经济效益,同时也为我国的经济发展做出应有的贡献。但是目前我国事业单位在人力资源管理当中还存在着诸多的问题,这些问题亟待解决,基于此本文分析了我国事业单位人力资源管理和开发措施。
