目的了解苏州市桶装水的藻类污染状况,为桶装水中藻类监测提供参考。方法对5批158件桶装饮用水及1批6件源水进行藻类培养,镜检,分类。结果桶装水中藻类检出率为5.7%;源水中藻类检出率为100%。检出的藻类主要是微囊藻,其次为颤藻和菱形藻。结论藻类对桶装水有安全隐患,建议相关管理部门加强桶装水中藻类检测,作为现行标准检测方法的补充。
Objective To understand the status of algae contamination in bottled water in Suzhou City and provide reference for the monitoring of algae in bottled water. Methods Five batches of 158 bottled drinking water and six batches of raw water were cultured in algae. Results The detection rate of algae in bottled water was 5.7%. The detection rate of algae in source water was 100%. The detected algae were mainly Microcystis, followed by Oscillatoria and Rhodomycin. Conclusion Algae have potential safety problems with bottled water. It is suggested that relevant management departments should strengthen the detection of algae in bottled water as a supplement to the current standard testing methods.
