在新的教育形式下,在新课改理念的指导下,广大小学数学教师越来越多地抛弃以往传统的“师问生答,师讲生练”的模式,转而采用“合作、自主、探索”的课堂教学模式。课堂中热闹、互动的场面虽比比皆是,然而其教学效果有时还不尽如人意。学生学得苦,教师教得郁闷,“向40分钟要质量”成了一句空话。作为一名小学数学教师,高效的课堂教学是追求和梦想,有了高效的课堂,既减轻了学生的负担,同时也减轻了教师的工作压力,并能提高教学质量。
